Alberta Civil Society Emerging Leaders Microgrant Program

This program has now concluded. Thank you to all the youth leaders and community builders who were part of ACSEL’s three-year journey.

The ACSEL Microgrant Program supported Canada Service Corps alumni (aged 16–30) across Alberta in developing and enhancing community-based projects. Over three years, ACSEL provided up to $5,000 in grant funding to emerging leaders, along with learning workshops on project management, budgeting, and community service.

You’re Invited!

Join us for ACSEL Homecoming — a virtual event celebrating three years of youth-led community innovation across Alberta.

Through a fast-paced pecha kucha showcase, past participants of the Alberta Civil Society Emerging Leaders (ACSEL) Microgrant Program will share the projects they built, the communities they changed, and what they learned along the way.
