Volunteer Centres play a strategic and vital role in local communities. They are a source of leadership on local trends and issues affecting volunteerism and offer access to local training opportunities.
Volunteer Centres enhance the capacity of nonprofit and community organizations to achieve their missions, increasing their impact on Alberta communities. There are currently 26 Volunteer Centres in Alberta, each providing unique programs and services to support local organizations. We work closely with this network of members to assist in creating connections, sharing information, and supporting nonprofit organizations across the province.
Looking to volunteer? Volunteer Centres are connected with local nonprofits and are happy to help connect you with a volunteer opportunity in your community.
