People Lens

Learn how to shift organizational focus from money to people, with People Lens Phase II. Most organizations rely solely on money as their measurement to meet their mission, but Volunteer Alberta is here to tell you there is another way to build your organizations and find success in your most valued projects. People Lens Phase II is a series of interactive learning sessions that give Executives and CEOs in the nonprofit sector opportunities to share ideas and focus first on the people who make their organizations great.
A People Lens© II is a unique learning opportunity for nonprofit/voluntary executives who are ready to lead a new model of people engagement: one that invests in people in a tangible way.
